Two days to be encouraged and strengthen your homeschool vision!
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Walk-up registrations at the conference will be welcome, but we encourage online registration as it’s easier for us and cheaper for you!
Registration desk will open at 8:30 AM Friday and Saturday (March 27-28).
Note: Due to the conference venue increasing their rental price by 40%, we have made the difficult decision to increase prices on our regular registrations by $20. We do not want to add to any financial burdens, but this is the choice we’ve had to make. We’ve looked for another venue for years but found nothing else suitable for the uniqueness of our needs. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible this conference! — The MACHS Conference Committee

Can I get a refund?
MACHS has a no-refund policy for conference registrations. We are a non-profit organization, and we rely on the revenue from these registrations to be able to fund the following year's conference. To ensure some financial stability on our end, we have implemented this no-refund policy to give us some reasonable predictability as we run our operation.
We kindly ask that you only pursue a request for a refund if there is a family emergency, or situation of similar severity, that inhibits you from attending the conference. We are here for you and will certainly hear you out (you can email us
here), but we must still reserve the right to politely decline a refund.
Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring my children?
Although MACHS still wants to encourage parents to take the conference as a get-away to be refreshed for their homeschool journey, we understand that this is not possible for some families. MACHS Conference offers attendees the option of bringing their children along, provided they:
1) Are registered and wear their nametag.
2) Are under the parent’s direct supervision at all times
3) Are not disruptive of the other attendees, either in the sessions or the exhibit hall.
IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, the parent(s)' name and phone number will be written on their child's wristband.
*A Child registration does not count as a Teen Track registration*
Children under two years of age are free.
Children ages 2-12 are $20 per child.
Children thirteen and over must be registered for teen track, although they are free to attend sessions with their parents.
Can I purchase an ‘Exhibit Hall Only’ pass?
We have regular requests for exhibit hall passes and, although we understand some of the advantages of offering this service, at this time, the MACHS board and conference committee are committed to making the conference a place of fellowship and learning with top-quality speakers and not just a place to shop. We know that some people would like to do so, but the entrance fees are going to remain for the complete package to encourage as many people as possible to take in the lineup of speakers.
Who can attend Teen Track?
Teen track is for grades 7 through 12 so if your child will turn 13 this year (born in 2013), they can attend teen track.
Parents may attend these sessions as well if desired.
Do guests have to register to attend the graduation recognition?
Any family member, friend, or guest may attend the graduation recognition without registering for the conference.
To participate in the graduation recognition, homeschool families need to register their graduate (deadline March 9, 2026). This costs $50 and can be done here.
For further questions regarding homeschool families who have a student graduating this year, contact [email protected].
Why is membership included in the cost?
Membership is included in the cost of conference registration. This was done to streamline conference registration and decrease administrative costs.
The benefits of membership can be found here.
Conference Accommodations
Hotel Accommodations
The 2026 conference venue is Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, 1808 Wellington Ave., Winnipeg.
MACHS has reserved a limited number of rooms at the discounted conference rate of $165 per night. If desired, you may reserve a room under our Block Number - 364188 while there are still rooms available.
To benefit from this discounted rate, reservations must be made by February 27, 2026.
Who qualifies for the missionary registration?
Christian missionaries, who are with a Christian-based organization/ministry and are 100% faith supported, qualify for the reduced-cost registration. A prayer card or a letter of support from their missionary organization needs to be presented in order to register.
The missionary discount applies to those that are employed by a ministry that requires them to personally fundraise financial support. We do ask that you kindly show evidence of such a position.
Before registering online, please send us an email with a prayer card or support letter ([email protected]). Please mark it “missionary registration” in the subject line. Once the request is confirmed, an email will be forwarded outlining the registration process.
Can my pastor attend the conference?
Full-time pastors who might be opposed to homeschooling or are unaware of what it is, who want to become more informed about homeschooling, or who have school-aged children that are not currently being homeschooled, may attend the conference for free: they can come and learn all about it! Have them email [email protected] for directions.
Pastors who are currently homeschooling must register for the conference normally at regular price.
Can grandparents attend the conference?
Yes! Grandparents who are involved with the homeschooling of their grandchildren, or who support their children's decision to homeschool and want to learn more, may attend the conference for free! Please email [email protected] for direction with the registration process.
Note: If the grandparents in question are still homeschooling their own children, then they will need to register normally. Thank you!
