- Signage or banner in a workshop room provided by sponsor
- Sponsor’s materials to be available in a workshop room
- Special acknowledgement by a workshop host before each workshop in that room
- One full-slide ad in the main auditorium slideshow
- 500 complementary inserts to be distributed in goodie bags
Included in all sponsorship packages:
- Sponsor’s name/logo to appear in “Thank you to our sponsors” ad in the MACHS Conference Program Book
- Sponsor’s name/logo to appear in “Thank you to our sponsors” ad in the MACHS Conference slideshow
- Sponsor’s logo and link to be posted on the Conference Sponsors webpage from the beginning of sponsorship through July 2018
- Priority consideration for booth placement
