- One booth in exhibit hall
- 4 teen track registrations to be given away by MACHS on behalf of sponsor
- Signage or Banner in teen track room provided by sponsor
- Recognition of sponsorship at the beginning of all teen track recordings which are provided free to members
- Sponsors logo to appear on all teen track name tags
- Emcee mention in one keynote session
- One full-slide ad in the pre-keynote slideshow
- 325 pens & notebooks to be provided by sponsor and distributed to teen track attendees

Included in all sponsorship packages:
- Sponsor’s name/logo to appear in “Thank you to our sponsors” ad in the MACHS Conference Program Book (logo must be provided by February 15th)
- Sponsor’s name/logo to appear in “Thank you to our sponsors” ad in the MACHS Conference slideshow
- 2-minute in-person or video-based address to our attendees before one keynote session
- Sponsor’s logo and link to be posted on the Conference Sponsors webpage from the beginning of sponsorship through July 2026
- Priority consideration for booth placement
